MEMBER NOTICE: Log in system changing
UPDATE: Monday 21 May 2018
Following the email that we sent out on Friday, today (21/05/18) we are changing the credentials required to log in to our Online Booking & Payment system and App. Currently you use your Member ID and a PIN but it is changing to E-mail address and Password.
Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters in the format of at least:
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character
Set your password here and click on 'Forgotten your Password'. You will need to enter your email address and click 'Request Password'. You will then be emailed a link to create your password.
Please note: If your email address is registered in our system more than once it will ask for your Member ID too.
If you do not have an email address recorded in our system, please ring 0161 778 0681 (lines are open Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm) or your local Leisure Centre and give your Member ID and postcode and ask them to add your email.
Please note that you cannot set a password through the App, it has to be done through the link above (online via our website) so you will not be able to book through the App until this is done. It will then ask for your new credentials the first time you book through the App.
Once your password is set, staff will no longer be able to view it, so if you forget it you will need to change it through the same link above.

Please note that our App is only currently available to book classes at Broughton, Eccles, Irlam, Swinton & Pendlebury and Worsley Leisure Centres.

You will no longer log in with your Member ID and PIN, it will change to e-mail address and password. This cannot be changed in advance. Once this goes live on Monday we will send you the link required to set a password and full instructions.
