We offer over 300 fantastic group exercise classes each week within our 8 local leisure centres across Salford.
With everything from the essentials of Aerobics, Spinning and Circuits to Pilates, Push and Lift or Zumba, we have classes designed for cardio workouts, strength and conditioning, flexibility, relaxation and posture; we know you’ll be able to find a class that suits your needs.

Booking a class
Aspire, Freedom and Freedom+ members can book classes up to 7 days in advance. Freedom and Freedom+ members have to make payment in full at the time of booking. Non-members can book 3 days in advance with payment in full at the time of booking.
Cancelling a class
Our cancellation policy has changed, please see new notice periods below. If you fail to cancel or show up to the class, you will be charged.
- Classes starting from 6am to 12pm have to give 8 hours notice.
- Classes starting after 12pm have to give 2 hours notice.
Pay as you go customers who have paid in advance will not be refunded, please see charges below.
People who fail to attend a booked class will be charged for the class (Aspire members will be charged at our Freedom+ class rate). We reserve the right to change the time of and / or cancel any of the classes without notice.

Workouts are FREE to Aspire members and only £6.50 for non-members. You can also beat the rush with early morning classes so you can fit in a class before work.
