Coronavirus: Update

13th March 2020

The safety of our customers and our staff is our priority, and so as concerns continue to grow around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to reassure you that we are following guidance from Public Health, the NHS and central government as we deal with the ever-changing situation.

At this moment in time it is business as usual across all our leisure centres. This will remain the case until we are given further guidance to the contrary.

During this time we will continue to welcome you to our centres, where you can expect to receive the same high level of service as always.

There are a number of ways we can work together to help to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, through a number of simple steps and we’d ask you to follow these with us:

  • If you are feeling unwell, please think if your visit to one of our centres is essential.
  • Keep your hands clean, wash regularly and thoroughly, for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, all our centres have toilet and hand washing facilities available.
  • Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch all coughs and sneezes and then bin the tissue, then wash your hands with soap and water, or use a sanitiser (if available).
  • Assist us in keeping our centres clean by bringing a towel and wipe down any gym equipment you use during your visit.

If you have any concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19) we recommend that you visit the NHS website to find regularly updated information.

We will keep you updated should the situation change.
