Junior price pinsPerfect for younger members who want to start on their health and fitness journey. Members can get their first experience of a gym and learn how to use the equipment and find the right workouts for them. They can try a group exercise class and take advantage of flexible membership options, with the chance to pay per month, on a flexible contract or for the whole year.

  • 8 Leisure Centres at Broughton, Clarendon, Eccles, Irlam & Cadishead, Ordsall, Salford Sports Village, Swinton & Pendlebury and Worsley
  • Access to all 8 gyms on your own Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and anytime at the weekends
  • Use of the gyms after 6pm if accompanied by your parent or guardian

Teens aged 14 to 17 years

Price pointsPerfect for young adults who want to get more out of our facilities and improve their health and fitness regime. Our Teen membership offers the same access to our facilities as our All Inclusive membership for adults, giving users the independence to work out on their own or with friends. There's more group exercise classes to try and the option of flexible membership options, with a chance to pay per month, on a flexible contract or for the whole year.

14 to 17 years Teen membership includes unlimited access to all our:

How to pay

  • One month pass only available from reception in the centre
  • Flexible option must be paid by Direct Debit. 16 years + can pay for themselves out of their own bank account or a parent/guardian aged 18 years + can pay by Direct Debit for anyone aged 11 to 17 years
  • Flexible option can be cancelled at any time by giving written notice
  • Annual option must be paid in full upfront
  • Proof of age will be required such as birth certificate, passport or your parent/guardian being present
  • Those aged under 17 years cannot use the free weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, plate loaded machines in the gym or the sauna and steam.

Do you have someone available to show me how to use the machines in the gym?

Yes we do, members are welcome to book in for a free gym induction session with one of our qualified instructors. Plus we have staff on hand most of the time to offer advice and guidance.

Do I have to answer any health questions or get a Doctor's note before I can join as a member?

No we won't ask you lots of health questions or require a Doctor's note. We will simply ask you to read and sign a short Health Commitment Statement before you use the gym.

Can a member bring along a friend to use the facilities?

Yes anyone can just pay & play for any of our activities. Please see our prices for information. Please note if a member books a badminton or squash court there is a £1 charge for any non-member attending to play with them (up to 3 others for badminton and 1 other for squash).

What happens if I lose my membership card or fob?

You may purchase a new one from reception for just £2.

Can I choose or change the date of my Direct Debit payment?

Payments must come out on either the 1st or 15th of the month, however once you have joined you can swap the date on to the other by contacting our collections department.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

If you have suffered a serious illness or injury that prevents you from using the remainder of your membership you may apply to freeze your membership by emailing us with the relevant proof.
