Our NEW provide a week long kick start or lift to your personal goals. These daily sessions run each day from 6:00am - 7:00am and are designed to challenge you in a fun and exhilarating environment. We use drills, circuits, many types of fitness techniques and equipment, team work and positive encouragement for you to feel worked and refreshed.

Train with the most experienced personal trainer in the area, Barry Holmes and achieve results such as fat loss, muscle and skin toning, weight loss, improved cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and increased endurance and a body you don't even recognise.
