Come and experience Yoga on a stand up paddleboard! Join Clare Bethan at our weekly SUP Yoga sessions at the Helly Hansen Watersports Centre.
You don't have to be an expert in Yoga. Simple Yoga poses are all you need, adding a board just enhances your awareness.
There are many reasons to try SUP Yoga:
- Gives you a great sense of mindfulness
- Gives you the chance to work out in the great outdoors
- It's challenging
- It's a better workout as the platform is unstable, you will have to engage your core more for a better balance.
- It's calming, empowering and most of all fun!
SUP Yoga sessions held every Sunday (from Sunday 6 May) until Sunday 30 September, 1.00 - 2.30pm.
All kit provided, excluding a towel and undergarments for wetsuits.
